Part of an ongoing illustration series involving may fruits; lemons, strawberries, pear, etc. When my kids were little I used to draw on fruit sitting out in the kitchen. I would wait for them to discover them with curiosity and surprise. When the fruit is position in such a way, especially multiple fruit leaning into each other, a simple shape for eye(s) and mouth can convey a meaning of love, or state of being and attitude.
