16 oz white ceramic mug with Ginkgo leaf and sun illustration, hand carved and painted. Vessel shape throwing by my partner, Jodi. Black stroke and coat (finished high gloss glaze) is applied used on greenware then lines are carved into the clay by hand. After firing, the form is then clear glazed revealing the white of the natural clay with a beautiful carved illustration over the top. Jodi’s signature stamp is pressed into the bottom of the form “Jodi & The Tree.” All ceramic shapes are dishwasher, microwave and food safe. Enjoy the feel of these shapes and handles with your favorite morning or afternoon drink.
