Approximately 12 ounce tumbler made of white clay, painted on with blue watercolor featuring a burrowing owl full of curiosity. The shape is first low-fired and cooled. Then painted on with a brush using blue in layered washes creating a watercolor effect. A bit of yellow was added to this second tumbler for some added color and atmosphere. All ceramic shapes are dishwasher, microwave and food safe. Great for that morning cup of coffee or tea.
